Distant Healing
A quiet 30mins held for you, wherever you are.
You don't need to be anywhere in particular. You don't need to sit a certain way, or clear your mind, or believe anything at all. At the time we agree, I sit quietly with you in mind and send Reiki to wherever it is needed. That's the whole of it.
Distance makes no difference to Reiki. Whether you are in the next town or the other side of the world, the session is the same. Many people choose distant healing precisely because they can receive it at home, in their own bed, with the door shut and the phone off — which is often where healing wants to happen anyway.
What you might feel
Some people feel warmth, or a slow settling, or a weight lifting from somewhere they hadn't noticed was heavy. Some feel a wave of tiredness and sleep deeply that night. Some notice nothing during the session and find something has shifted two or three days later. And some notice nothing at all.
None of those means it didn't work. And none of them means it did. I'd rather tell you that honestly than promise you a feeling.

Reiki is a complementary practice. It sits alongside medical care — never instead of it. It does not treat, diagnose or cure any illness or condition, and I will never tell you otherwise. Please don't stop or change any treatment you're on. Reiki asks nothing of you except 30mins of stillness.
How it works
Choose a time that suits you — evenings and weekends are available.
Tell me anything you'd like me to hold in mind. A situation, a worry, a part of your body, a person. Or nothing at all. You are never required to explain yourself to me.
Rest, if you can. Lie down, sit quietly, or simply carry on with your day. Both work.
Sending healing to someone else
You're welcome to request a session for another person — but only with their knowledge and permission. I don't send healing to anyone who hasn't asked for it. That's not a technicality; it's the whole ethics of Reiki . Nobody's energy should be worked on without their say-so.
For children, I'll need the consent of a parent or guardian, and the child's own willingness too.
